Shipping policy

Every wedge is built to order. We do not hold finished stock, so nothing ships the day you order it.

Build time

Expect 3 to 4 weeks from the day you commission to the day your wedge ships. Your head enters the current batch when the order is placed, and it goes out when it comes off the bench.

If a batch runs long, we will write to you rather than leave you guessing.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost and carrier

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship insured and provide tracking by email as soon as your wedge leaves the workshop.

Delivery

Delivery estimates from the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Once a wedge is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at project9golf@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
