The Wedges
One Wedge. Two Materials.
Coming SoonDamascus RAW
Forged from a single billet of layered 1020 carbon Damascus. The layering means no two faces pattern alike — yours exists exactly once. This is the wedge you notice in the bag.
Coming Soon1020 Carbon RAW
The same head, forged from a single billet of clean 1020 carbon steel. No pattern, no ceremony — just the soft, dense feel that made forged wedges worth forging. Same shape, same grind, same hands.
Both wedges ship RAW — bare steel, no plating, no clear coat. They will rust. Oxidation begins within the first few rounds and deepens into a patina shaped by your climate, your hands, and your turf. That is the point: a raw face grips the ball, and the finish keeps a record of the rounds you have played.
Choose Your Loft
50° — The Gap
The full-swing scorer. The 50° fills the space between your pitching wedge and your sand wedge — controlled distance, flighted-down spin, and the club you hit when the number is awkward and the pin is honest. Offered in Damascus or 1020 carbon.
Commission Yours56° — The Sand
The workhorse. Bunkers, standard chips, three-quarter wedges into soft greens — the 56° is the club that lives in your hand around the green, and the one whose RAW face earns its patina first. Offered in Damascus or 1020 carbon.
Commission Yours60° — The Lob
The specialist. Short-sided, tucked pins, firm greens that give you nothing — the 60° opens the face and asks for touch. In Damascus, it is also the most beautiful club in the bag. Offered in Damascus or 1020 carbon.

What you are commissioning
Both wedges are forged from one billet and finished by hand. Complete clubs are assembled to order with your choice of KBS shaft and a Golf Pride grip; heads ship bare for your own builder.
Damascus or carbon, the number is stamped before it leaves.

Reserve Your Number
Batch I — fifty heads across both steels — opens the ledger. Numbers are assigned in order of commission. Look one up, and put your name beside it.
